About Me

I am a published short story mystery writer who loves food as much as writing, hence this blog. Initially, I was going to write about my various experiences at different restaurants but wanted to stand out from all the other restaurant critics out there. As soon as I began eating red meat, I realized I had something I wanted to write about: the adventures and mishaps of a vegetarian turned carnivore; from tofu to veal cheeks, if you will. It’s a dangerous journey, but bacon burgers and seared duck breast should help alleviate my fear.
